BRAND STORY
Boom Badminton was born in 2016 out of a simple but powerful idea: to make badminton more accessible, engaging, and professionally coached for players of all levels. Recognising that many clubs and sports centres lacked structured, high-quality coaching, Boom set out to change the game—literally.
Founded by passionate badminton professionals, Boom Badminton started as a small initiative to provide expert-led training for both beginners and competitive players. With a strong focus on inclusivity, development, and enjoyment, it quickly grew into a thriving community where players could not only improve their skills but also build confidence, connect with others, and develop a lifelong love for the sport.
From junior coaching programs to women-only sessions and adult turn-up-and-play evenings, Boom Badminton ensures that everyone has the opportunity to play, learn, and grow. Unlike traditional clubs that focus solely on competition, Boom prioritizes both performance and enjoyment, creating an environment where players feel supported and motivated to reach their full potential.
